AME- Engineer

Job Description: -

We are currently seeking a AME Engineer to work in our facility in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Function (AME). The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards. The Manufacturing Engineer coordinates manufacturing launch for new or revised products,



processes and equipment and leads strategic and continual improvement initiatives. He will also be responsible for creating, testing, and optimizing programs that control computer numerical control (CNC) machines. Also responsible to translate engineering blueprints into accurate machining instructions to produce high-quality components.

Key Responsibilities: -

Machining Process:

• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand project specifications.

• Develop CNC programs (Siemens/Fanuc) using CAD/CAM software for Grinding/Milling/Turning etc operations.

• Deep Know how of Set up CNC machine programs, Capability Analysis, and adjust programs for optimal performance.

• Oversee & provide training to operation on complete Machine Operation, Maintenance, PM, Spare Management.

• Select appropriate tools, materials, and machining processes for each job.
