Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced, energetic and results-driven Head of Growth Technology Sales to lead and accelerate our Growth Technologies business in India. This role will have strategic ownership of solutions including AI, SASE, Cloud Security, Web Application & API Security (WAAP), Email & Collaboration Security, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), and any emerging technologies identified as part of the Growth Technology portfolio.
This role is sales-focused and will lead a team responsible for driving revenue, market penetration, and adoption of these emerging technologies. You will report to the Regional Sales Director and collaborate closely with the country leadership, product specialists, and broader sales organization to achieve aggressive growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities




Sales & Growth Execution
• Own and deliver the revenue and growth targets for all Growth Technology solutions (AI, SASE, Cloud Security, WAAP, ERM, Email & Collaboration Security) in India.
• Develop and execute sales strategies and go-to-market plans aligned with regional and global priorities.
• Build and manage a high-performing Growth Technology Sales team, including hiring, coaching, and developing talent.
• Drive pipeline generation through direct sales engagement, channel enablement, and marketing alignment.

Customer & Market Engagement
• Engage directly with C-level and senior stakeholders to position Check Point as a strategic security partner.
• Deliver compelling value-based proposals and business cases that resonate with customer priorities.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging customer needs to shape sales plays.
