You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from proactive sourcing and candidate engagement through negotiation and hiring support.
The position requires strong expertise in recruiting highly technical talent, including candidates working in security-sensitive environments.
You will partner closely with hiring leaders, HR teams, and workforce strategy stakeholders to understand hiring needs and build effective talent pipelines.
A key focus will be delivering a high-quality candidate experience while accelerating hiring and maintaining rigorous compliance standards.
You will also use modern recruiting technologies, networking strategies, and market insights to identify qualified and diverse talent.

• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify qualified, diverse, and available technical talent.

• Leverage up-to-date recruiting technologies, professional networks, social platforms, and personal connections to attract hard-to-find candidates.

• Proactively manage hiring processes with clients, providing regular updates on recruiting activity, candidate availability, challenges, and progress.

• Advise hiring leaders on talent availability and recommend staffing approaches to support business and program requirements.
