As an HR Coordinator, you will support essential HR administration activities, including employee record management, qualified qualification validation, preparation of letters and employment verifications, and responses to internal and external inquiries. In this role you will apply your organizational and time management skills, communicate with employees and partners,
and provide support across all levels of the organization while managing a variety of administrative priorities in a fast-paced, highly computerized environment.
As part of a collaborative HR team, you will support HR partners and employees across multiple time zones and help deliver reliable, responsive service across the organization.
Your Key Responsibilities
• HR Service Center Support: Be a key point of support for HR programs and procedures by managing HR Service Center tools, HR information systems, and team inboxes to help employees and partners receive timely, efficient responses.
• Employee Records: Update and maintain employee records, including Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) certifications and employee life-cycle changes.
• Employee Documentation: Prepare and coordinate time-sensitive employee letters and related documentation.
