Talent Management:

• Work closely with relevant business stakeholders and participate in the planning process to develop Talent strategy and roadmap for the aligned Services; ensure alignment of the Talent strategy to Service priorities

• Represent the service perspective and contribute to devising the vision, roadmap, operating model and strategic Talent initiatives for the Services HR function

• Work on initiatives related to identification of HiPos within the Service Function and ensure continued engagement for the same.

• Identify Gaps in Succession and work towards establishment of a Leadership Succession Pipeline for the services by partnering with the respective service function heads and COEs.

• Partner with Learning and Development, curate and run specific learning initiatives targeted to cater to future needs of the organization in the Hi Tech and Emerging Technologies Space.

Strategic Partnership:

• Collaborate with the leadership team to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.





• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Identify and address cultural and leadership challenges, implementing effective solutions to improve employee engagement and productivity.

Employee Connect & Engagement:

• Build solid relationships with employees at all levels, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.

• Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent resolutions.

• Conduct investigations into employee complaints, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Performance Management:

• Collaborate with managers to establish performance expectations and goals for employees.

• Support the implementation of performance management processes, including performance appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
