Position Profile:

- The Talent Delivery Administrator, based within the Global Capability Centre, delivers accurate, timely and efficient transactional services that support workforce delivery operations across the Talent Management function.
- Working from an approved service catalogue, standard operating procedures, workflow queues, service levels and quality controls, the role completes administrative and transactional activities that enable the effective delivery of customer workforce programs.
- The Talent Delivery Administrator is accountable for executing approved processes accurately and consistently but is not responsible for customer relationship management, commercial decision-making, fulfilment prioritisation, channel selection, workforce planning or compliance interpretation. Matters outside documented procedures are escalated through defined governance pathways to the appropriate Talent Delivery Coordinator, Talent Delivery Business Partner or Talent Delivery Manager.
- The role operates within a digital-first delivery model where automation, AI, workflow technology and self-service capabilities are utilised wherever appropriate. Human effort is focused on quality assurance, exception management, continuous improvement, data integrity and the efficient execution of activities that require judgement within approved operating procedures.




- Success in this role is achieved through accuracy, timeliness, process compliance, productivity, data quality and the consistent delivery of standardised services that support an efficient, scalable and high-performing Talent Delivery operating model.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Catalogue Delivery:

- Complete only the transactions assigned within the approved GCC service catalogue and documented procedures.
- Process allocated requisition, candidate, supplier, worker, timesheet, purchase-order, document or reporting activities.
- Activities are periodically reviewed and may be transitioned between Automation, GCC, Coordinator and Business Partner channels as part of continuous optimisation of the operating model.

Meet service-level, productivity, accuracy and security requirements:

- Queue, Capacity and Handoffs
- Manage allocated queues, priorities, status notes and hand-offs.
- Return incomplete requests with the required information clearly identified.
- Escalate ageing, demand spikes, capacity constraints and system outages to the GCC lead.

Quality and Control:

- Validate mandatory fields, approvals and documents before completing a transaction.
- Maintain complete, accurate and auditable system records and evidence.
- Participate in quality sampling, calibration, defect analysis and corrective action.
- Identify recurring manual effort, duplicate handling, rework and process inefficiencies and escalate opportunities for automation or simplification.

Knowledge and Change Management:

- Use current standard operating procedures, knowledge articles and approved templates.
- Raise unclear or conflicting instructions and contribute to controlled knowledge updates.
- Complete training and competency checks before taking on new or changed transactions.

Data Protection and Business Continuity:

- Protect customer, candidate, worker and company information in line with access and handling controls.
- Follow segregation-of-duty, secure-working and incident-reporting requirements.
- Support continuity arrangements, workload balancing and cross-training across approved processes.

Automation, AI & Digital Operations:

- Execute activities using approved automation, AI-assisted workflows and digital tooling where available.
- Monitor automated transactions and AI-generated outputs for accuracy, completeness and compliance with approved standards.




- Identify repetitive manual activities suitable for automation and raise opportunities through the agreed continuous improvement process.
- Escalate automation failures, system exceptions and AI-confidence issues in accordance with operating procedures.
- Contribute to testing, adoption and optimisation of new automation, AI and workflow technologies introduced across Talent Management.

Decision Rights:

- Complete, reject or return transactions based on documented completeness and quality criteria.
- Escalate every exception requiring customer context, prioritisation, commercial judgement, channel selection or compliance interpretation.
- Do not alter agreed procedures, customer commitments or system controls without authorised change.

Work experience and attributes:

Essential Skills & Experience:

- Experience in shared services, recruitment administration, data processing or transaction-based operations.
- High accuracy and ability to follow controlled procedures and service levels.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and workflow, case-management or VMS systems.
- Disciplined queue management, written communication and exception handling.
- Ability to protect confidential information and work effectively across time zones

Desired:

- Experience with Beeline, Fieldglass, or similar VMS platforms.
