This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing healthcare technology setting focused on improving the infrastructure behind modern provider data.
You’ll support client relationships and help ensure customers receive timely, reliable, and high-quality service.
The role combines client communication, project coordination, product support, data tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.
You’ll work closely with Client Success Managers while partnering with Sales, Implementation, Operations, and Product teams.
Your work will contribute to client retention, successful product adoption, and a smoother end-to-end customer journey.
You’ll also develop strong knowledge of a healthcare SaaS platform and gain exposure to provider data, credentialing, licensing, and enrollment workflows.

Accountabilities

Support client relationships by understanding customer objectives and helping Client Success Managers align solutions and services with their needs.

Serve as a first point of contact for day-to-day client questions, providing timely and helpful responses while escalating complex issues when appropriate.

Coordinate client projects by tracking tasks, timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups to help initiatives remain on schedule.

Monitor client health indicators and flag potential risks or at-risk accounts to senior team members.

Help implement client retention and engagement initiatives that contribute to strong customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Build detailed knowledge of the platform and use that knowledge to help clients navigate features and resolve common questions.
