Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Digital Lending Specialist with 10–14 years of experience in the Indian banking, NBFC, or fintech ecosystem. The candidate should have robust working knowledge of end-to-end digital lending journeys, including customer onboarding, KYC/AML compliance, credit bureau integration, loan origination, underwriting, risk assessment, loan servicing, and digital collections.
The role requires hands-on understanding of both assisted and un-assisted onboarding models, digital lending platforms, regulatory expectations, and integration with fintech ecosystem partners.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead presales for retail and corporate banking pursuits spanning Lending, Origination, Onboarding, KYC/AML/Due diligence, Loan Servicing, Collections and operations.
• Run client workshops, demos, PoCs and RFP responses; convert business drivers,



regulatory needs and customer journeys into tailored Finacle-anchored solution stories.
• Lead and support the design, implementation, and enhancement of digital lending solutions across retail, SME, and consumer lending segments including working capital portfolio.
• Drive end-to-end digital lending journeys covering customer acquisition, onboarding, KYC, loan application, loan assessment, loan approval, loan disbursement, loan servicing, and closure.
• Work on both assisted onboarding through branches, agents, call centers, relationship managers, or banking correspondents, and un-assisted onboarding through mobile apps, web portals, and self-service digital channels.
• Define business requirements for Loan Origination Systems (LOS), loan management systems, rule engines, workflow systems, and digital platforms.
