Payroll Analyst India

Location: Bangalore /Trivandrum

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Reporting to: Senior Payroll Manager

About the Role:

HealthEdge is expanding its Global Payroll team We are seeking a Payroll Analyst support India and the Philippines payroll. This role will be responsible for end‑to‑end payroll processing for India and Philippines employee populations, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery. The role requires strong knowledge of statutory regulations, payroll reconciliations, and collaboration with other teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Payroll Processing & Operations

• Manage end‑to‑end active and leavers payroll for India and Philippines, including inputs, validations, processing, and post‑payroll activities.

• Review and verify inputs such as new hires, exits, transfers, bonuses, overtime, and allowances.

• Perform detailed payroll reconciliations and variance analysis before final sign‑off.

• Ensure timely distribution of payslips, payroll reports, and bank files.





• Address payroll queries from employees through ticketing systems or email.

• Coordinate with payment team for salary disbursements and related queries.

• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other teams for seamless issue resolution.

2. Statutory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations for India (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Income Tax, Gratuity) and Philippines (SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF/Pag‑IBIG, BIR).

• Stay updated with legislative changes and apply them accurately to payroll.

• Manage statutory filings and returns as required.

• Maintain robust payroll controls and documentation.

• Ensure payroll data integrity and adherence to data‑privacy guidelines.
