Eligibility Criteria

• Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical and Electronics / Instrumentation.
• Year of Graduation: 2024, or 2025/26

• Program: National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) .

Key Skills & Knowledge Areas:

• Robust fundamentals in Electrical and Electronics/ Instrumentation engineering concepts.
• Knowledge of MATLAB,



Circuit simulation tools - LT SPICE, P SPICE

• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Power BI, Data Science, AI would be an added advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support design and development activities within the assigned engineering team.
• Assist in preparing and updating technical requirements of electrical components – Starter Motors, Alternators, Relays, Sensors, etc.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product and process improvement initiatives.
• Learn and apply Volvo’s engineering standards and procedures.
• Participate in technical reviews, data analysis, and report preparation.
• Support ongoing engineering and manufacturing operations as part of the learning process.
