We are looking for a skilled System Engineer to join our IT Support team. You will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and improving the organisation's IT infrastructure, ensuring systems remain secure, reliable, and available to support day-to-day business operations.You will work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues, implement infrastructure improvements, and provide technical support across servers, endpoints, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
• 1–6 years of experience in System Administration, Infrastructure Support, or IT Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows Server administration.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID).
• Experience managing endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune or equivalent MDM solutions.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Good understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs,
and firewalls.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Basic understanding of Azure cloud infrastructure is desirable.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple incidents simultaneously.
• Robust attention to detail with valuable documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Willingness to provide after-hours support when required to ensure business continuity.
