Requirement
Familiar with branch functioning, iCABS systems, Complaint Management handling. Service Delivery followup & SOS. Brief idea about NKA concept and its functioining in RPCI
Skills preferred :
Strong communication skills - verbal, written & fluent English. Local languages preferred
Basic computer proficiency - Google Suites / MS suite, iCABs, Internal systems and
Solid Analytical skills
Ability to work with branch team & NKA team for faster complaint resolution
Preferred graduate from any field. Basic Pest knowledge, Complaint resolution - customer facing. Good team player with the ability to collaborate with cross functions ( IT, iCABs, CCC, Branches, NKA)Agile and flexible,
Must take initiave and innovative in processes Willingness to travel based on the needs Project Management & Time Management Skills - systematic and methodical working
Role and Responsiblities
1. Support Manager Operations along with close coordination of reporting team in establishing robust and dynamic end to end comprehensive system for effective complaint management for NKA accounts & timely SOS follow up on regulare basis
2. Collating various complaints across NKA customers, analyze and provide feedback to Manager, Operations Capability
3. As a result of a comprehensive complaint management & feedback system enhance the customer service experiance and strengthen customer confidence in RPCI leading to increase customer retention
4. Maintain proper coordination with branches & NKA team (if required at customer level also) ensure for monitoring of planning, scheduling & on time service delivery as per contract for select NKA
