The role focuses on developing and expanding Premier relationships with high-net-worth individual (HNI) clients, achieving business targets, providing comprehensive banking and financial advisory services, and delivering exceptional customer service. Principal Responsibilities Business Impact Maximize profit and growth of Premier client portfolios by developing new and existing relationships. Achieve financial targets through effective client engagement and service delivery. Conduct regular client reviews to understand needs and recommend suitable products and services. Cross-sell products. Client Management Build and maintain robust client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction. Need-based selling. Utilize client relationship management tools to keep client information accurate and up to date.



Develop strategies to increase wallet share and manage a prospect pipeline effectively. Team Collaboration Work as part of an integrated branch management team to meet standards and deliver operating models. Collaborate with colleagues across the business to support client needs and achieve performance measures. Operational Excellence Ensure compliance with policies, including KYC, AML, and sanctions guidelines. Manage operational risk and adhere to sales quality requirements. Attend mandatory training and report any unusual activities promptly. Leadership & Development Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment. Establish a network of internal relationships and gather feedback from colleagues and clients. Knowledge & Experience Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
