Full-time About the Prospect One of our banking clients is
looking for a Senior Relationship Manager to join their team in
Jaipur. Market Assessment and Business Development Conduct market
research to identify, initiate, establish, and develop long-term
business relationships with the objective of meeting business and
revenue objectives. Conduct periodic meetings with key customers,
promoters, and prospective customers to ensure business continuity
and growth and expand share of wallet from key clients. Conduct
proactive business development activities with new and existing
clients through strategic penetration into identified markets and
sectors across the entire portfolio spectrum. Relationship
Management Identify and acquire new client relationships by
understanding customers' financial needs and providing suitable
solutions through relevant banking products and services. Manage
client relationships by understanding clients' financial needs,
providing advice,
structuring deals, preparing terms and
conditions, and supporting deal closure. Portfolio Management and
Deal Structuring Work closely with Regional Segment Heads and Team
Leaders, as required, in structuring and restructuring deals to
ensure they effectively address clients' financial requirements.
Work closely with Team Leaders in managing various portfolios to
ensure proper understanding of customer needs and appropriate
attention to their financial requirements. Revenue Generation Drive
business objectives relating to earnings, assets, liabilities,
credit quality, and other agreed budgets and targets across
relevant product groups. Drive sales and key business operations to
support effective management of business objectives at the regional
level. Target specific business opportunities that contribute to
achievement of budgets and ensure seamless coordination between
customers and relationship tea
