Job Summary
The Senior Associate Recruiter will create strong business partnerships with internal clients and lead the full life cycle recruitment process for entry level to mid-level openings. This role is responsible for developing multiple sourcing channels, including candidate pipelines, to attract the best active and passive candidates, while leveraging technology, to ensure an effective and effective process. Additionally, this role is responsible for building and maintaining excellent relationships with both hiring managers and candidates (both internal and external)
Essential Job Functions• Source, screen, interview and negotiate offers of candidates with excellent assessment skills. Instrumental in hiring the best available candidate resources, using proven recruiting methods and processes.
Establish relationships with hiring managers to assess their job openings and work with them to find the right talent - (40%)
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across functions to understand hiring needs. Build trust and credibility with stakeholders in order to provide effective guidance to aid in decision making of candidate selection. Demonstrate ability to deliver right-fit talent in a corporate, government or third party environment. - (20%)
• Effectively leverage technology to recruit, screen, and schedule candidate interviews to consistently meet or exceed service level agreements, by providing top talent to business partners. Provide weekly updates to hiring team and leadership, to effectively communicate real time progress and reevaluate workflow. - (10%)
• Consults and aids in the decision making of hiring best fit candidates with various positions. Demonstrates professional verbal and written communication skills when working with internal or external partners. Presents
