In this vital role we are seeking a highly skilled and thorough Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and that patient complaints are thoroughly analyzed and addressed. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in data analysis, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving patient outcomes and product quality.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data related to product performance (e.g., APRs) and patient complaints.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility for further analysis.
• Apply statistical software and data visualization tools to interpret and present findings.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights from large datasets to advise decision-making processes.
• Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing analysis results, including actionable recommendations.
