Marketing Manager (Performance Marketing)

We’re looking for energetic individuals to join our team and support our amazing clients in the tech industry. This role functions as the operational Command Centre for the Direct Response program. The specialist is responsible for managing multi-channel investment across the entire digital ecosystem, ensuring all activity is balanced, paced, and performing optimally. They serve as the critical bridge between high-level strategy and the technical execution delivered by agency partners across all major digital touchpoints,



driving operational excellence by defining the methods and timelines ("the how and the when") for strategic implementation.

This role requires you to work in an APAC-friendly time zone, starting at 5:30 a.m. IST.

Role:
• Translate high-level product strategies into comprehensive and actionable media briefs, serving as the central point of contact for media agency activation and operations teams to ensure flawless campaign execution.
• Develop and manage multi-channel traffic and conversion forecasts, continually monitor real-time investment pacing, and identify opportunities for optimisation or anomaly resolution. This includes proactively tracking GStore inventory and flagging out-of-stock (OOS) risks.
