Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead sales growth, manage key customer relationships, drive strategic business development, and achieve revenue targets across the textile, manufacturing, and industrial automation sectors.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in B2B technical sales, industrial solution sales, business development, and sales team management,



with the ability to understand customer requirements and position AI-powered automation and machine vision solutions effectively.

The role will involve ownership of the sales pipeline, revenue targets, strategic accounts, team performance, customer relationships, and overall business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, order booking, and business growth targets.

• Identify new markets, customer segments, industries, applications, and business opportunities.

• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and account growth.

• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team; set targets, review performance, and support capability development.

• Guide the team in lead qualification, customer handling, solution positioning, negotiation, follow-ups, and closing.

• Build and manage relationships with key customers, OEMs, system integrators, distributors, and channel partners.
