Key Responsibilities
• Own regional sales, revenue, profitability,



and market-share targets for PC & VAS portfolio.
• Develop and execute regional channel strategy and go-to-market plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, partners, resellers, and key channel accounts.
• Drive partner onboarding, activation, productivity, and coverage expansion across the region.
• Ensure effective product availability, inventory planning, sell-in and sell-out through the channel.
• Drive VAS attach and penetration across PC transactions, including relevant services, solutions, warranties, and accessories.
• Identify market opportunities, competitive movements, pricing trends, and channel gaps to improve regional performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Service teams to ensure smooth execution of business plans.
