Specialist - Assistant Manager - Global Marketing Analytics - Hyderabad

We are looking for a Specialist Assistant Manager to partner with the Global Industry Marketing Leaders—to help translate business goals into actionable marketing plans. This role involves helping manage campaign components, collaborating with creative and content teams, and overseeing workflows to facilitate brand consistency and timely delivery. You will also handle budget oversight, vendor coordination, and mentor junior staff, with a strong focus on strategic execution and operational excellence.

Work you'll do

As a Global Marketing Analytics Specialist on the Global Growth Marketing team, you will be responsible for:

• Translate business objectives into integrated marketing strategies, campaign plans, content approaches, and activation plans for global industry audiences
• Coordinate the development and review of campaign briefs, digital and offline content, presentations, and other brand-compliant assets with creative, content, and channel teams




• Manage account-based and chance-based marketing initiatives, email calendars, event planning, paid advertising, workflows, budgets, vendors, timelines, and deliverables across concurrent projects
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and use dashboards, campaign reports, and return-on-investment (ROI) analysis to assess results, identify optimization opportunities, and inform future campaign plans
• Partner with Global Industry Marketing Leaders, Client Account Teams, Research & Insights, and other stakeholders while providing feedback and onboarding support to junior team members and reviewing work for accuracy and brand compliance
