The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
The Transition Leader plays a key role in ensuring that transitions to captive/BPO meet the objectives on time and quality of deliverables and activities. The Transition Leader works closely with key stakeholders from Operations, Process Leadership Team and GBS Leadership as decision makers and governance leads. As a Transition Leader,

• Leads service transition activities to ensure gate criteria, timelines, quality standards, and acceptance criteria are met.
• Implements established transition methodology, including project scheduling, coordination, documentation, risk tracking, and go-live readiness activities.
• Determines service readiness needs by assessing processes, procedures, training, communications, delivery impacts, and transition risks.
• Supports cross-functional stakeholders across Operations, Process Leadership, GBS Leadership, internal clients, and external customers to align priorities and drive successful transitions.
• Willingness to be on-call, as needed, to support transition activities, issue resolution, and business-critical timeli
