Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Business Analyst – Q2C Rapid Delivery (AMER Shift)

Description:
Salesforce's Quote to Cash (QTC) Innovation team is looking for a Business Analyst, Q2C Rapid Delivery to join our growing organization.

This isn't a traditional documentation-and-handoff BA role — we're looking for someone who thinks like an analyst but builds like an engineer: someone who can turn a business problem into a working solution using AI tools, not just a requirements doc.
You'll work on enterprise-level projects that scale and streamline internal Quote-to-Cash processes and operations, and you'll collaborate closely with Business SMEs, Product, Architecture, and Engineering Teams. Beyond mapping requirements and handing them off, you'll be expected to prototype, automate, and stand up working tools yourself — using AI-assisted ("vibe coding") tools as your default way of working. We are seeking proactive, self-motivated builders who are comfortable navigating ambiguity, take initiative, and drive project outcomes with minimal oversight.
You'll be working closely with our US-based teams, with an approximate shift schedule of 5:00 PM IST to 2:00 AM IST, subject to change based on project need
