The role focuses on developing and expanding Premier relationships with high-net-worth individual (HNI) clients, achieving business targets, providing comprehensive banking and financial advisory services, and delivering a high standard of customer service. Principal Responsibilities Business Impact Maximize profit and growth of Premier client portfolios by developing new and existing relationships. Achieve financial targets through effective client engagement and service delivery. Conduct regular client reviews to understand needs and recommend suitable products and services. Cross-sell products. Client Management Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction. Need-based selling.
