WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

The Director of Cyber Defense Operations, ITC will lead a diverse, cross-functional team that collaborates and supports a global capability across the organization with a variety of stakeholders from technical resources to business stakeholders and lawyers. The team operates on both tactical and strategic levels. You will drive process improvement efforts and derive recommendations to eliminate incidents before they occur. Working with the global management team, you will partner closely with the Cyber Security Engineering, Data Protection, Windows Client/Server Platform and Cloud Security/Automation teams to assess, analyze, and optimize operational tasks, functions, and processes with the local team.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a leader who will be leading the team responsible for researching and analyzing current and emerging threats and vulnerabilities, enabling our Security Incident Team in detecting and responding to incidents, and managing our attack surface. Our ideal candidate is highly experienced in the cyber defense field,



believes in a business risk balanced approach, and excels in a highly-matrixed, people-focused workplace.

Preferred Skillsets and Experience
• 10-15 years of dedicated experience in cyber threat intelligence, security operations, or incident response, with a proven track record in an enterprise or global environment. 5 years experience leading global cyber security teams.
• Expert knowledge of Incident Detection and Response, Threat Intelligence, and Attack Surface Management with the ability to identify both tactical and strategic solutions using strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable in managing and communicating deliverables and making responsible business decisions.
• Develop and execute on vision, mission, roadmaps and budgets with specific plans to mature the Security Technology Management program.
