Key Responsibilities:

• Review and finalize US tax returns including Form 1040, 1065, and 1120.

• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to IRS regulations.

• Review tax workpapers, supporting schedules, and financial statements.

• Identify tax planning opportunities and resolve complex tax issues.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to preparers and junior staff.

• Coordinate with US clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Handle multi-state tax returns and complex tax engagements.

• Maintain high-quality review standards and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in US Taxation.





• Extensive hands-on review experience with 1040, 1065, and 1120 returns.

• Strong knowledge of IRS regulations and US tax compliance.

• Experience with tax software such as CCH, UltraTax, Lacerte, ProSeries, or Drake.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

• CA, CPA, EA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
