Job Summary
The Senior Solution Account Manager, INCA & OEM, will drive sales growth, specification, and adoption of Belden’s industrial cables across assigned OEM and industrial accounts. This role combines technical solution selling with strong account management and commercial ownership.
You will be responsible for securing sales volumes that meet or exceed targets,



creating high-impact customer engagements, managing a healthy chance pipeline, and strengthening Belden’s presence and market share within India’s industrial automation ecosystem.
This position reports to the Director, Solution Sales, INCA - India/SAARC.

You will make an impact in the following way:
• Secure sales volume to meet or exceed the sales budget within the industrial and OEM verticals.
• Spec-in Belden solutions by actively engaging with OEMs, machine builders, system integrators, and industrial end users. Provide high-quality, timely quotes, proposals, and application-specific solutions to customers.
• Manage and improve the sales funnel/CRM with a strong win ratio. Develop monthly sales forecasts and initiate weekly plans for assigned verticals or territories.
• Educate and engage customers on new products, solutions, and programs within the industrial cables portfolio. Manage and grow existing and new accounts
