As the Sales Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our CLM International department. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and inspire a talented team of sales professionals, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, training and mentoring team members, and fostering a positive and cooperative work environment. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other departments to align sales efforts with the overall business objectives.
