Your Role
As an OTN Developer, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and integrating software solutions for optical transport platforms. You will work closely with hardware, system, and product teams to deliver carrier-grade networking solutions and drive innovation in optical communication technologies.
• Design and develop software for OTN, DWDM, SONET, and SDH-based platforms.
• Architect and implement networking solutions aligned with Open ROADM specifications.
• Develop and maintain software using C/C++ for embedded and networking applications.
• Work with YANG models for network management and configuration.
• Integrate and debug hardware interfaces such as I2C, SPI,
PCIe, GPIO, SerDes, and SGMII.
• Collaborate with system architects and cross-functional teams during design and integration phases.
• Analyze and resolve complex software and networking issues.
• Participate in architecture reviews, technical discussions, and design decisions.
• Ensure software quality, scalability, and performance for carrier-grade deployments.
Your Profile
• Architect-level experience in telecom or optical networking domains.
• Strong programming expertise in C/C++ (Mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with DWDM, SONET, SDH, and OTN technologies.
• Strong understanding of Open ROADM specifications and YANG models.
• Experience working with hardware interfaces including:
• I2C
• SPI
• PCIe
• GPIO
• SerDes
• SGMII
• Strong knowledge of embedded software development and system integration.
• Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving sk
