Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced marketing leader to drive the overall marketing strategy, brand positioning, project marketing and demand generation for the Commercial and Industrial business divisions. You will work closely with the Group CMO, Sales, Business Development and Project teams to translate marketing initiatives into measurable business and revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Business Growth




• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for the Commercial and Industrial divisions in line with business objectives

• Drive market development, demand generation and marketing-led business growth across the portfolio

• Align marketing strategy with commercial objectives, sales priorities and revenue goals

• Identify new market opportunities through customer insights, market research and competitive analysis

Project Marketing & Go-to-Market
• Lead marketing strategy for new project launches across Commercial and Industrial real estate

• Develop project positioning, go-to-market strategies, communication plans and integrated campaigns

• Drive market visibility and demand for new and existing projects

• Partner closely with Sales and Business Development teams to improve lead quality and conversion

Brand & Integrated Marketing
• Strengthen the brand positioning of the Commercial and Industrial portfolio
