We're looking for a KYC Analyst to help us:
• Perform independent 4-eye reviews and approvals of complex Periodic KYC Review cases
• Validate KYC data in systems against supporting documents and approved internal and external sources
• Assess ownership and control structures, risk rating rationale, and KYC uplift for material changes
• Review sanctions, PEP and adverse news screening outcomes, escalating higher-risk matters when needed
• Provide explicit referrals and coaching to improve quality, reduce rework and support consistent decisions
The team
You’ll be working in the Client Services and Lifecycle Management (CSLM) team in Hyderabad in India, providing shared KYC services across Investment Banking Operations globally. The team covers periodic reviews, client maintenance and offboarding, partnering closely with Client-Facing Teams, Financial Crime Prevention, Risk and Operations stakeholders across locations.
You’ll be part of the 4-eye Approver team, acting as an experienced point of challenge to help deliver accurate, timely and defensible KYC decisions.
Your skills and experience
• Substantial 5+ years of experience in KYC, AML, client due diligence, periodic review, onboarding or remediation
• Demonstrable experience as a KYC reviewer, checker, quality controller, approver or subject matter expert
• Strong knowledge of CIP, SDD, BDD and EDD requirements, including source of funds and source of wealth
• Ability to analyze complex ownership and control structures across institutions, funds, trusts and SPVs
• Sound risk-based judgment to approve, challenge or escalate higher-risk cases
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and local country requirements
• Experience using KYC workflow, case management and screening platforms; ideally Alteryx or Tableau
• Flexibility to work shifts aligned to business requirem
