As a Regional Sales Manager / Senior Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business and revenue growth across the East Region, with a solid focus on mid-sized corporates, hospitals, diagnostic centers, doctors/promoters, and companies across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities
• Revenue & Business Development




Take end-to-end ownership of assigned sales, revenue and disbursement targets across Healthcare Finance, Non-Healthcare Equipment Finance and other debt/working-capital solutions such as Purchase Invoice Discounting and Factoring.
• Lead Generation & Market Development
Develop and execute short- and medium-term strategies for generating new business opportunities across healthcare and non-healthcare segments, with a focus on mid-sized corporates, hospitals other identified target customer segments (Solar, Tech Financing etc).
• New Customer Acquisition
Independently generate leads, identify prospective customers and secure meetings, while effectively converting referrals received through Vendor Management, OEMs, suppliers and other business channels.
