This role is designed for a Business Transformation Manager who thrives at the intersection of process transformation, technology, and delivery ownership, including data and AI enabled change. As a Business Transformation and Enablement Manager, you will proactively identify opportunities for improvement,



shape fit for purpose solutions and take end to end ownership of transformation initiatives. You will work in high-impact environments that emphasize accountability, collaboration, and the delivery of measurable outcomes.

The chance

As a Transformation Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving large scale transformation across EY Global Delivery Services. You will diagnose current state business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design data driven solutions. Working closely with cross functional teams, you will develop and deploy transformation initiatives, while partnering with the business to enable adoption and scale impact.
