The UI/UX Designer designs simple, intuitive, and user-friendly experiences for our web-based SaaS platform. Working closely with Product, Development, and QA teams, the role converts business requirements into practical, implementation-friendly product designs, from user flows and wireframes through mockups and interactive prototypes. The position creates value by improving usability, keeping the product visually and functionally consistent through reusable components and design systems, and reducing rework through transparent, developer-friendly design handoffs that account for HTML/CSS and front-end development constraints. Success is measured by the quality and consistency of designs, usability improvements delivered on existing screens, timely delivery of design assets against product timelines, and smooth implementation with minimal design-related rework. The role exercises independent judgment on design decisions within established product requirements and design standards.
