Job Description
• Ownership for designing and piloting new network architectures and deployments of next generation networks, utilizing SD-WAN and public Cloud technologies
• Developing and supporting the DevOps methodology implementation by utilizing Infrastructure as Code for automating rollout and operational processes, focusing on effort and cost reductions
• Ownership for tool landscape to administrate the SDWAN environment and automate network orchestration tasks
• Continuous development of technical and operational service architecture in a context of innovations, automation, network stability and reliability, security and costs
• Responsibility for release processes, operational / technical workflows and live deployments in complex production IT environments
• Driving escalation and problem management processes, coordinate complex incident and problem resolution on a global scale with internal IT teams and external service providers
• Productive communication and valuable collaboration with external suppliers, e.g., managed service providers, software and hardware vendors, as well as internal departments, business units and group sectors
