Position: SQL Developer
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled MS SQL Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, SQL Server Performance Tuning and Python. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining database solutions, troubleshooting complex database issues, and automating operational tasks. The candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Develop and support complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, views, triggers, and Dynamic SQL.
• Perform SQL Server Performance Tuning and Query Optimization to improve database and application performance.
• Analyze execution plans, indexing strategies, statistics, and database workloads to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Create, schedule, monitor, and maintain SQL Server Agent Jobs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues across development,



testing, and production environments.
• Develop automation and support scripts using Python.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions for recurring database issues.
• Collaborate with application teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable database solutions.
• Support database deployments, maintenance activities, and production releases.
• Participate in weekend support activities when required

Technical Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Expert-level proficiency in T-SQL Programming.
• Solid experience in SQL Server Performance Tuning and Query Optimization.
• Extensive experience working with complex queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and Dynamic SQL.
• Good knowledge of creating, scheduling, monitoring, and maintaining SQL Server Agent Jobs.
