Position: RMG Specialist (TK13ST RM 4470)

Job Description

Project operations

- Handling end to end resourcing activities for all the projects under your purview as a RMG SPOC Connecting with your respective delivery team stakeholders to seek calrity on project allocations, project milestones, resource movements, current project opportunities
- Internal project movements of employees, transfer requests of employees
- Getting well versed with and working on daily basis on the internal project management tool – PCMT & CPMT
- Working daily on internal reports to understand the status of all the allocation pending cases and aim at finishing them by 15th of each month
- Working with the delivery team to ensure the billed utilization of each project is met as per the bench mark set




- Working with backend support team to higlight and eliminate system level issues
- Ensuring headcount and revenue are inline for all the projects
- Queries of resources regarding project allocations and other License Management System
- Assigning and approving license requests of resources as per requirements

Project Invoicing

- Taking care of project invoicing for the projects responsible as a RMG SPOC.
- Checking if the prerequisites for invoicing are in place, accordingly connecting with project managers in case of any gaps.
- Detailed analysis of the invoiced amount and the projected revenue amount.
