Roles and responsibilities Experience lead a regional team overseeing direct reporting of 8-10 Account Managers managing relationships with key hospital decision makers (Procurement Heads, Pharmacy In-charges, COOs, Administrators, etc.) Strong deal making and negotiation skills, ability to manage and inform key pricing & commercial discussions with hospital purchase teams Valuable to have a working knowledge of the hospital ecosystem & key physicians operated nursing homes in the assigned work location Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and strong quantitative aptitude Ability to travel to the assigned area and visit aligned hospitals per month ensuring strong coverage Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets Qualification: Science graduate preferred
