Lead and manage the Agency Sales team to achieve business targets. Recruit, develop, and manage Life Insurance Advisors/Agents. Drive advisor activation, productivity, and business performance. Develop strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Conduct regular field visits, advisor meetings, and performance reviews. Build strong relationships with advisors and support them in generating current business. Identify new business opportunities and expand the agency network. Candidate Requirements Graduate in any discipline. 1+ years of experience in Life Insurance Agency / Agency Sales. Strong experience in Advisor Recruitment, Development & Team Handling. Proven experience in achieving sales and business targets.
