Key Responsibilities Manage and guide a team of Banca Sales Managers/Relationship Managers to achieve business targets. Drive health insurance business through bank branch networks. Train, motivate and monitor the team to improve sales performance. Build strong relationships with Branch Managers and bank staff. Ensure regular lead generation and business conversion through the branch team. Conduct regular team meetings, branch visits and performance reviews. Support the team in customer meetings, product presentations and sales closure. Track individual and team performance and take corrective actions when required. Ensure proper follow-up on leads and maintain consistent business generation. Achieve monthly sales, recruitment and team performance targets. Desired Candidate Profile 2+ years of experience in Health / Life / General Insurance or BFSI. Experience in Banca Channel and Team Handling preferred. Positive communication, leadership and relationship management skills. Ability to manage and motivate a sales team. Strong understanding of banking and insurance sales.
