Recruit and build a team of insurance advisors/agents. Train, guide, and motivate advisors to achieve business targets. Generate life insurance business through the agency channel. Conduct sales meetings and field activities with advisors. Support advisors in customer acquisition and policy closures. Monitor team performance and ensure productivity. Maintain good relationships with advisors and customers. Ensure compliance with company policies and processes. Desired Candidate Profile Graduate in any discipline Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, BFSI, Insurance, Banking, FMCG, Pharma, Telecom, NBFC, or related field. Robust communication, leadership, and team-handling skills. Willingness to travel for field sales activities. Candidate CTC Should be decided depending upon previous experience and current CTC
