Your team

You'll join the Digital Content and Knowledge Operations team, sitting within AI Operations, working alongside experienced content and knowledge specialists to maintain and evolve our Help & Support content and AI chatbot knowledge base across 20+ regions.

Your role in the Team’s Success





Success in this role means creating and maintaining content that works for both our clients and our AI chatbot - transparent, accurate Help & Support articles that also serve as reliable source material for automated client support. You'll take ownership of a high volume of day-to-day content requests, working with stakeholders across our global regions to keep information accurate and consistent as products, pricing and policies change, and as content moves across our systems during ongoing platform migrations. This is a role built for steady, reliable execution on a live knowledge base where accuracy and consistency directly affect the client experience and our regulatory standing.

What you’ll do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Help & Support content across 20+ regions: making requested edits, auditing existing content, and keeping it aligned with the latest product, pricing and regulatory changes.
