Role Description
• The Engineering Apprentice will work closely with experienced technology professionals to gain hands-on exposure to software engineering, IT applications, systems, and technology platforms. This role offers an opportunity for recent engineering graduates to develop technical, analytical, and professional skills while contributing to business-critical technology initiatives in a dynamic and collaborative environment. On successful completion of the program, candidates will demonstrate strong technical aptitude, a learning mindset, and the ability to adapt to evolving technologies.

Your key responsibilities
• Assist with Application Management: Support the management, maintenance,



and monitoring of technology applications to ensure operational stability and performance.
• Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and assist in diagnosing and resolving application-related issues.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of application configurations, processes, and system changes.
• User Training: Assist in creation and delivery of user guides, training materials, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Project Participation: Contribute to technology projects, including application enhancements, upgrades, automation initiatives, and current implementations.
• Quality Assurance: Support testing activities to ensure applications meet functional and quality standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve application performance, operational efficiency, and user experience.
