We are looking for an experienced Senior Operations & Technology Leader to lead and scale complex technology and IT service operations within a large, fast-paced organisation. The role combines operational leadership, technology management, strategic transformation, P&L; ownership, team leadership, automation, AI adoption, and data-driven performance management.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large technology organisations through periods of growth and transformation while maintaining high standards of service quality, operational efficiency, and customer impact.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and scale large, complex technology and IT service operations across on-site and offshore teams.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with organisational growth and transformation objectives.
• Lead technology organisations of 250+ employees, including managers, technical teams,



and support functions.
• Manage 24x7 IT service delivery, ensuring reliability, service quality, operational continuity, and customer satisfaction.
• Own and manage P&L;, budgets, resource allocation, operational costs, and financial performance.
• Drive organisational transformation, process optimisation, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, productivity, speed to impact, and cost efficiency using operational and business data.
• Establish and monitor meaningful operational metrics and dashboards to measure team performance, service quality, delivery effectiveness, and business value.
