This is a hands-on, outbound-focused recruiting role supporting U.S.-based software engineering and technical hiring. You will own sourcing efforts from initial outreach through candidate screening, scheduling, and pipeline management. The role is ideal for a recruiter who has successfully closed engineering hires for a U.S. product company and thrives in a fast-paced startup setting. You will use modern sourcing and AI-powered tools to identify and engage high-quality technical talent. Close collaboration with the hiring team will allow you to continuously refine sourcing strategies based on candidate quality and market feedback. This is a remote position with a six-day work week and late India-time hours to provide meaningful overlap with U.S. business hours.

Accountabilities

Own end-to-end outbound sourcing and recruitment for U.S.-based software engineering and technical roles.

Design and execute high-volume outbound campaigns, including cold email sequences and cold calling, to build strong candidate pipelines.

Use AI-enabled sourcing and research tools to identify, enrich, prioritize, and engage relevant candidates.

Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, including outreach, initial screening, scheduling, and pipeline updates.

Partner closely with the hiring team to understand hiring needs and continuously refine sourcing criteria.

Use candidate and market feedback to improve outreach strategies, targeting, and pipeline quality.

Maintain a high standard of candidate experience while moving efficiently through multiple technical searches.

Requirements

•
2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a fast-growing, U.S.-based startup, ideally from seed through Series B.
