Job Purpose:

This solution-focused skilled will be responsible for new /renewal opportunities within net new and existing end customers.

Responsibilities:
• 1. Lead Generation & Market Development
• Identify, research, and profile prospective customers across key verticals including Automotive, Manufacturing, Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC), Interior Design, Product Design, and Visualization.
• Build targeted prospect databases and generate qualified leads through market research, outbound prospecting, and digital channels.

2. Customer Acquisition & Business Development
• Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling, to engage potential customers.
• Position and promote Unity and D5 Render solutions, highlighting their business and technical value propositions.
• Qualify customer requirements and identify opportunities for new software license sales, subscriptions, and services.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to support revenue growth objectives.

3. Customer Success & Renewals




• Manage customer renewal opportunities to achieve targeted renewal and retention rates.
• Engage proactively with existing customers to drive customer satisfaction, adoption, and long-term success.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the installed customer base.

4. Channel & Vendor Engagement
• Collaborate effectively with end customers, channel partners, and software vendors throughout the sales cycle.
• Support partner-led opportunities and maintain strong relationships with reseller networks.
• Coordinate with vendors on deal registration, pricing requests, and commercial approvals.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Technical Pre-Sales, and Business Unit teams to drive business growth.
• Support demand generation initiatives, campaigns, webinars, events, and lead nurturing activities in collaboration with the marketing team.
