How you'll make an impact
Responsibilities:
1. Employee Transportation
• Monitoring daily transport operations.
• Monitoring occupancy for cost-effective measures.
• Mandatory briefings to drivers on safety and compliance.
• Quarterly meetings with vendor partner.
• Important transport updates to OPS.
• Monthly billing & invoicing.
4. Transport Automation Application
• Regular interactions with vendor to apply changes in the application.
• Support employees in query resolution.
• Monitoring deactivation of exited employees.
• Monthly invoicing.
5. Physical Security Management
• Effective security services for all staff on a 24x7 basis.
• Vendor coordination for charges, statutory requirements, trainings, etc.
• Conducting fire drills once a year.
6. Electronic Security Management
• Effective checks to ensure high equipment health and zero data management failures.
• Data maintenance checks to maintain a safe setting.
7. Cost Initiatives
• Assist in implementing cost-saving initiatives related to physical and electronic security managemen
