This is a remote, full-time opportunity for a customer-focused professional supporting users across a fast-moving blockchain and decentralized finance ecosystem. You’ll serve as a first point of contact, resolving technical questions and helping users navigate products and services effectively. The role combines community support, technical troubleshooting, moderation, education, and user advocacy. You’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, Business Development, and community teams to address emerging needs and improve the overall user experience. You’ll also monitor developments across the crypto ecosystem and bring valuable insights back to internal teams. This is an opportunity to deepen your expertise in Solana, DeFi, AMMs, and blockchain technology while contributing to a growing global community.

Accountabilities

Respond promptly and professionally to user questions through Discord and ticketing systems,



providing explicit, accurate, and helpful support.

Troubleshoot technical and product-related issues, deliver advanced assistance where appropriate, and escalate problems that fall outside the team’s scope.

Identify critical issues affecting business continuity, security, or users and escalate them rapidly to the appropriate internal teams.

Provide high-touch, white-glove support to VIP users and ensure their needs are handled efficiently.

•
Route partnership and business development inquiries to the relevant internal teams, including Business Development, Marketing, and Developer Advocacy.

Moderate community channels, enforce community guidelines, and help maintain a welcoming, safe, and constructive environment.

Support user onboarding and education by creating guides, FAQs, workshops, webinars, and AMA content.
