Job purpose

The Surgical Consumables Lead plays a vital role in driving the growth of MED India's consumable business. As a key position, this role is responsible for expanding the surgical consumable business across all customer segments, including SG & P, Regional key accounts, government, and trade, in the assigned territory, with a focus on retaining and increasing market share. The successful candidate will develop and execute market development strategies, lead a high-performing team of surgical sales associates and channel partners,



and collaborate closely with the OPT sales team responsible for the entire ophthalmology portfolio to drive business growth and revenue targets.

To excel in this position, the incumbent must possess strong leadership qualities, technical expertise, and commercial acumen to build and manage a high-performing team. Continual team building and development are essential objectives of this role, requiring the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve sales targets and market share expansion
