Manager - Services, Small & Medium Business (AP)

At Mastercard, we have a compelling opportunity to scale a high-value Services business for our Commercial customers—extending the success of our Consumer model across Commercial & New Payment Flows (CNPF).

We are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Manager, Services to help drive this ambition in the Asia Pacific region.

This role will lead the development and execution of the SME Services strategy, helping define and activate a strong go-to-market approach that unlocks current revenue streams,



expands monetizable offerings, and strengthens performance discipline across CNPF.

Partnering closely with Product, Sales, Delivery, and Mastercard account teams, this manager will support pipeline growth, deliver customer-centric solutions, and drive disciplined execution.

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for supporting the AP region to:
- Lead the development and execution of the SME Services strategy across AP, expanding existing offerings and identifying new monetizable opportunities aligned to CNPF priorities.
- Build and execute the go-to-market approach for SME Services, including segmentation, value proposition, packaging, pricing, and channel strategy to drive adoption and revenue growth.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Delivery, Studios, Analytics, and account teams to develop the SME services roadmap, pilot new solutions, and ensure strong post-sale ex
