Order Manager for Compact Substation (CSS)

Main responsibilities:




Overall order management for CSS orders which include coordination with sales, Proposals, Engineering, Operations Teams and Customer including following Key Responsibilities:
1) Techno-commercial contract review
2) Coordination with Engineering for submission of Drawings and other engineering documents to customer
3) Getting drawing approval from customer
4) Claim submission and negotiation with customer
5) Cost and overall milestone monitoring throughout the order execution
6) Close coordination with Operations and logistic for scheduling of order inspection
7) Coordination with customer for Inspection and dispatch related activities
8) Coordination for Post dispatch supervision / service activities
9) Escalation management which includes handling communication with higher management internally and at customer end

Candidate should possess:
Good knowledge about medium voltage power distribution system and protection system for Compact Substa
